Clayton County Animal Control Threaten to Kill a citizens dogs after brutal raid by Law Enforcement

A young human rights activist in the state of Georgia home was raided by more than 12 law enforcement cars because of so- called dog violations. Her house was surrounded by law enforcement and her dogs was taken from her property. But what makes this matter serious is the fact that she was also brutalized resulting in the vicious murder of her unborn child.

Mrs. Youhoing's son went to check the mailbox when he saw a black unmarked car driving down. He then went inside the house out of fear for his safety.  Minutes later, there were good bit more than 12 law enforcement cars surrounding Mrs. youhoing's house. Mrs. youhoing frantically called 911 and they hanged up the phone on her numerous times. There are audio recording to proved that 911 was not doing there job.

 Law enforcement and swat teams stayed outside her house for several hours in order to enforce  a void ordinance that Ms Youhoing was not violating. According to Animal Control's own admission, they were forced to admit that Ms. Youhoing did not have more than the legal amount of dogs that the ordinance allowed. (Mrs. Youhoing says that Animal Control stated in the initial report that they removed all the dogs the same day), Why would they only remove one dog then come back to remove the rest the next day if the dogs were living under unsanitary condition as falsely alleged? Hmm that seems fishy. On the day of the incident, law-enforcement threatened to kick her door down, despite her telling 911 that she was pregnant and scared. Would you open the door when your house is surrounded by more than 12 law enforcement cars and you are being threatened by none other than law-enforcement?.

After law enforcement kicked down her door they searched and raided the house says Mrs. youhoing. Mrs. Youhoing also said that when she heard them kicking her door down she ran out on her balcony and held her hands up while asking  law enforcement not to shoot. They told her to get on the ground. She told them loudly and numerous times that she was pregnant and cannot get on the cold floor. Ms Youhoing was forced to lay down on the cold wet deck, partially dressed. They told her to then get up, go inside and listen to the officers that were inside the house. ( She says that there was at least 20 to 25 men in jumpsuits with large guns aiming at her from her front lawn. WOW!!!!!)

She went inside the house and law enforcement that was in her house told her to get on the ground. She says that she also told them that she was pregnant.One of the law enforcement guys shouted at her. " Get the f*** on the ground!" He then pushed her violently on the ground when she could not get on the ground fast enough. He then placed his foot on her head and then cuffed her. She begged him to stop because she was pregnant. He then replied " you should have thought about that before" he placed his knee on her back and drilled it down her back. Mrs. Youhoing says that she felt the dyer need to pee, this was when her miscarriage started to happen.

Her son was thrown to the ground as well and held at gunpoint.  Mrs. Youhoing says that her younger child Diana which was only 4 years of age cried and frantically told the law enforcement people that her brother and mother did not do anything. ( That poor little baby had to witness such horrible acts over alleged dog violation!) They escorted Mrs. Youhoing,her son, and the young little girl downstairs. And interrogated them for further information. Well you get the story. Clayton County Law enforcement abuses their authority in the most extreme way. Paramedics took her to the hospital after they discovered she was bleeding. Mrs. Youhoing says that law enforcement murdered her unborn baby. And now Clayton County Animal Control is threatening to kill the dogs. They done murdered her unborn baby now the poor innocent dogs have to suffer too. They were wrong. And they know it.

They are still today in possession of her dogs and using the dogs as ransom to threaten her to pay 1,8000 (eighteen hundred) dollars to the police. Those poor dogs.  Ms Youhoing says that Law-enforcement claimed that they  had a warrant but Mrs. youhoing says that they failed to serve her a copy of the so- called warrant. So they had no rights to take the dogs,  considering its only an allegation. And the dogs were in good condition and also the fact  that she was under the legal amount of dogs  required by Clayton County Ordinance, says Mrs.  youhoing. In this situation, Clayton County should not take more then one life for a stupid dog violation which is unsubstantiated. They must be  hold to account.
